- If you would like to exchange, please contact our team at (contact@blckbask.com) within 7 days of receiving the item.

- The product will only be accepted if sent back in the perfect selling condition and unworn.

- All items are inspected thoroughly before an exchange is processed. Items found worn/used/unsellable will be rejected and returned back to you.

- If you receive a defective product, please share images at (contact@blckbask.com) within 7 days of receipt as we cannot assist you after that time frame.

- The exchange once confirmed has to be shipped by the customer with the tracking ID sent to us at (contact@blckbask.com).

- Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 7-10 business days.

- Exchange can be done on the same product for the size only once.

- Exchanges are subject to availability; we cannot guarantee that the size you need will be in stock. If the size you need is not available, we will issue you a CREDIT. The CREDIT is valid till 1 month from the date of issue.

Cancellation and Return

- Cancellation and refund is not possible against any orders.

- In case of return on any order, the amount will be credited back to the customer in the form of COUPON.

On-Sale Purchase

- Product purchased on sale cannot be cancelled once the order is placed and are not eligible for refund/exchange.
